Free tools and downloads
Individual Studio tools and ordinary downloads do not create a paid order, so there is no charge to refund. If a tool produces an unexpected result, try the source file and settings again or tell us what happened.
Optional cloud-saving trial
The 30-day cloud-saving trial requires no card and does not automatically charge you when it ends. Download a copy of important work before relying on trial storage. Trial limits and access are explained on the cloud saving page.
Any paid purchase
If you actively buy a separately offered paid service, its checkout must explain price, billing period, delivery and cancellation terms before payment. Use our contact form with the order reference, purchase email and the problem. Do not send card details or passwords. We will investigate a faulty, inaccessible or materially misdescribed service and explain the available remedy. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Digital supply and cancellation rights
Any request to start paid digital content immediately must be handled with the agreement and information required by applicable consumer law. Simply using a free tool or viewing this policy is not an agreement to give up cancellation rights. This page does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.
