Protect your sign-in
Use a unique password and enable available two-step authentication. Sign in only on the expected Studio domain. Do not share a password, recovery code or reset link. Our support team does not need your password to investigate a problem.
Shared devices and local files
Sign out on a shared device. Downloads and browser-local media may remain on that device after sign-out. Keep copies securely and remove local files through the device or browser controls when appropriate. Clearing browser storage can remove unsaved work, so check what you need to keep first.
Reporting a concern
Use our contact form with a short description, affected page and time. Do not publish personal information or send passwords, payment details or private files. If you suspect account access, use password recovery and review your account security settings.
