Downloading a finished file
Use the download control in your chosen tool. Design export options depend on the format and can include PNG, JPG and PDF. Individual photo tools provide the file type appropriate to the operation, such as a transparent PNG after background removal. The avatar generator downloads a 1024 × 1024 PNG.
Where the file goes
Your browser handles the download. Check its Downloads folder, download notification or any location you selected. Browser permissions, blocked downloads or limited device storage can interrupt saving. A file being visible in the preview does not mean it has been downloaded.
Editable projects and cloud saving
A finished image or PDF is different from an editable project. Download the editable project when you need to reopen its design structure. Browser-local media is device-specific. Optional cloud project saving uses your account and the limits described on the cloud saving page.
Physical delivery and help
Creative Studio does not ship printed goods. Separate brand websites, including The Happy Mug Shop and Little Colour Club, have their own products and delivery information. If a Studio file will not download or open, contact us with the tool, device, browser and file type; do not include sensitive source material.
